Policy
Please contact us if you want to return or exchange your order within 14
days after you receive your order. Read below for more details.
We will gladly let you exchange it or give you a refund. Custom made orders
are not refundable.
Be sure to include your name, invoice number and the item you want to
return.
All merchandise must be returned in its
original packaging, free from any defects. We will not accept any returns
if the item has been used or damaged.
Custom Orders
All sales are final on
special/custom ordered products.
One Year Limited Warranty
All watch movements are
under warranty for one year from date of purchase. We will replace or
repair watch movements at no charge. Warranty
coverage does not apply if the watch has been altered in any way or
physically damaged. Warranty coverage excludes watch crystal and straps due
to wear and tear. Our watches are designed for casual wear and are not
intended for extreme conditions or rigorous sports activities. There is a
fee to replace a watch face if damaged. We will replace watch batteries for
free, for the lifetime of the watch, a shipping charge may apply.
